My expertise lies in operations management, organisational development, and cross-cultural leadership, with a strong foundation in recruitment, education leadership, and communications.
Currently, I serve as Project & Operations Coordinator at Tall Giraffe Video, where I manage client projects from onboarding to delivery. I oversee systems, timelines, and communication, ensuring smooth execution and freeing up creative leadership to focus on strategy and design. This role has strengthened my ability to keep fast-paced, creative environments structured, efficient, and client-focused.
I am also the founder of Talent Atlas, a consulting platform that helps professionals navigate career transitions through CV and LinkedIn optimisation, personal branding, and tailored coaching. Alongside this, I write for GoodViral, producing research-driven articles on social impact, ethical storytelling, and innovation.
Previously, as Head of People and Organisational Development at Son’s Edu in South Korea, I launched and led a global HR department, built international recruitment pipelines, and managed operations across nine campuses supporting over 7,000 students and 100 staff. I also directed international hiring and operations for OrangeCat Global, leading global staffing for creative teams across Asia, South America, and Africa, while managing brand strategy and remote workflows.
At Apsida Life Science, I specialised in talent mapping and recruitment for CDMO organisations across the UK, EU, and North America. Earlier roles include leadership positions in academic institutions and NGOs in Europe, Georgia, and the US, where I gained experience in programme management, education strategy, and intercultural collaboration.
